4 the Hounds Basset Rescue, Inc. is a non-profit organization funded soley by adoption fees which offset our veterinary expenses, and donations to aid with additional expenses incurred. If you would like to donate to 4 the Hounds, you may send your tax deductible contributions to:

Foster Homes
We are always in need of Foster Homes where our hounds can live with a loving family until their "Forever Homes" can be found. Please consider taking one of our dogs into your home on a temporary basis. The only cost to you is your time, love, and food. 4 the Hounds will pay for all veterinary costs. Please see our Foster Home Page for additional information. Relay Drivers are also needed. If you have the time to transport a hound to its foster home or better still, its "Forever Home," then please contact any of us and offer your services! Often, dogs are transported in relays and you would only be driving part of the way on a long trip. You can be an Angel if you would like to help, but are unable to foster or relay. To be an Angel, you pledge to contribute towards the care of the hound or hounds of your choice each month as long as the dog is in foster care, or for however long you wish. The amount you wish to contribute and the duration of the contribution is always at your discretion. For information on how to become an "Angel," please contact Gladys or Gail.
