Accepting Any New Dogs into the Rescue

 

Lucky is a handsome 10 year old basset boy who is looking for a new home! He does not like small children, so cannot go into a home with the little ones. He loves all other people, including the older kids. He also loves other dogs--not sure about the kitties. He's a healthy older boy who is neutered, heartworm negative and up to date on shots. Hi my name is Sadie, I am a 10 month old cuddle-bug. I am a petite, little girl, which is a good thing, because I'd love to sit on your lap. I enjoy playing with both people and other dogs. I am housebroken, and don't chew. I weigh 25 lbs, so tiny for a Basset! I'm spayed and fully vetted. Daisy

Hi! I'm Miss Daisy, the prettiest and most petite little basset girl around! I'm only about 33 pounds, so I can tuck into the smallest corners! My foster mom thinks I'm around 2 years old. I'm a total lovebug--I crave the company of my humans and love to cuddle! My foster mom says that I have bloomed in foster care and that I'm her little acrobat! I love to run and play and have lots of energy. I would really enjoy going to a home with another young, energetic dog.  I have unusual markings for a basset--I have a harlequin face with a brown eyepatch! I've been spayed, had all my shots, and am heartworm negative. I get along well with the other doggies in my foster home, but I'm not sure about the kitties. Due to my small size, I'd be best living with the older children (over the age of 10). If you want to take a drive with Miss Daisy, please call Gail and she'll put you in touch with my foster mom! Janie

Janie is a young adult (3-4) and very sweet and loving. She has just recently been spayed. She is a bigger girl about 50lbs and gets along well with the other dogs except she doesn't like to share her food. She has good house manners and is a pleasure to have in the house. She loves to sleep in the bed or lay on the furniture. She would be fine as an only dog or would also love to have a doggie companion.
